Play in the Brierley Hill Wednesday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

The lights were on last night at Brierley Hill for the kick-off of the much-anticipated 6-a-side football league. The inaugural week of the season saw thrilling performances as the teams in the Premier League and Division 1 divisions grappled for dominance on the field.

We did unfortunately have one non-attendance on the night as King Julians Merry Men were not present for there fixture and will be contacted to confirm there return next week. It is paramount all teams are present each week in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

In the Premier League, the Six On The Beach exhibited their prowess by decisively outplaying 6 Offenders with a scoreline of 4-1. Elsewhere, DY8 All The Pies convincingly defeated West Midlands Griffins, while the Kford Rent Boys triumphed over Pique Blinders with a nice victory. 

In Division 1, Udogie Style's formidable performance saw them ease past Scudu Without Scudu 4-0. Real Ale Madrid won a closely contested match against Choir Boys FC with a 3-2 victory. Meanwhile, Crxtchit FC and Gangsters Allardyce emerged winners against Straight Outa Compton FC and RAM respectively, both with 5-2 scorelines.

As the season has just begun, there is still much to play for. The thrilling start has set the pace for what promises to be a fiercely contested league. Football fans are eagerly awaiting the coming weeks' matches and more stellar performances from these talented squads. With competition this intense, we're undoubtedly in for a treat.
